The lively Osu area has a new Wine Café!

The French word “terroir” means the environment in which food and drink like wine or cheese was produced. Following that meaning, Wine Café Le Terroir pay special attention to the origin of wine, tea or all their ingredients to produce a harmonious “marriage” for you to enjoy.
The owner has a slightly unusual background, being a former Tokai Radio producer and a qualified sommelier. He has assembled a full wine list, starting with Pinot Noir varieties, and offers over 60 varieties at all times, at reasonable prices and all available to order by the glass.
Tucked away on an Osu back street, inside Le Terroir there is the sound system you might expect from a former radio producer, from which there comes high quality background music to complete, along with attentive service, an enjoyable experience for all five senses. Please come along!

With cheese melting into the sauce, a smooth tomato based pasta.

A full-flavoured pasta with cheese and cream, accented with black pepper.

Shrimps cooked in olive oil with garlic, a favourite in South Madrid.

To keep prices reasonable the owner is careful to choose items with a high cost-performance ratio so the contents of the list change from time to time.
